Galapagos Rockford believes that it is important that parents have regular contact with their child’s instructor. We also believe that parents and instructors should have sufficient time to discuss grades and performance. That is why Galapagos Rockford does not hold traditional report card pick-ups. Instead, we host conferences in which parents and instructors meet four times a year at a dedicated time.
Our goal is to have 100% of our parents meet with instructors. The more you know, the more you and the instructor can work together to support your child.
All conferences are in person at the Lower Academy- 2605 School St.
Our report card conference are scheduled for:
2025 -2026
First Quarter- November 21, 2025 (Friday)
Second Quarter- February 9, 2026 (Monday)
Third Quarter- April 10, 2026 (Friday)
Fourth Quarter- June 8, 2026 (Monday)
You may sign up for report card conferences three weeks in advance of the conference on this site.
