Earn $1,000 for any staff member you refer who is hired as a full time team member!

We are looking for people who are passionate about closing the achievement gap and dedicated to students.  We know many people are feeling the call more strongly than ever to join an organization that is advancing change.

FAQs

  • How do I receive the referral bonus?

    In order to receive the hiring bonus, the applicant must list your full name in the “referred by” box on our application. You are eligible for the referral bonus whether or not you currently work for Galapagos Rockford Charter School.

  • When do I receive the referral bonus?

    You will receive the bonus approximately 90 days after the person you’ve referred starts working for us.

  • What if I have more questions?

    Email sbartell@galapagoscharter.org if you have any further questions. You are welcome to send along information about candidates to this address, but please note that they still must complete an application and list your name as the referrer for you to be eligible for the referral bonus.
